2. Planning Service Practices
Once we know what you need, we develop action plans that allow our cleaners to meet or exceed your expectations.
3. Performing Services
When you first sign up with us, we'll allocate additional people to help manage and make your transition to our services as smooth as possible.
4. Three Methods for Quality Control
- A formal routine is made and random inspections are carried out (with and without building management), and all findings are documented.
- We prepare periodic Quality Control Monitoring Reports for our contracts.
- A daily log book allows for 2-way communication between you and your custodial staff.
5. Implementing Change and Improving Services
We use the feedback we gather to implement changes in our practices to improve the quality of our services.
